Day 2

 Hi dad, I am still thinking of you and I love you. I have not been crying at all. Yesterday we went to see Soul Surfer and it was really cool. We all got a picture by a cardboard cutout of  Bethany and she was with her board. I wish that you were there with us to see the movie. I have been having a good time but if you were here it would be even better. I LOVE YOU!

Day 1

Hi dad I miss you and I was really sad when you left but the next day I was ok. now I am still sad but I am not crying. I hope you come home really soon, and I wish you would of never left. I hope you are safe and you come home safe. I love you!
